What does a Dyson warranty cover?

We cover warranty of 1 year on Dyson Machines from the date it is purchased. For Vaccum Cleaners, we cover 6 months on Dyson Machines from the date it is purchased. You must provide proof of delivery / purchase; Please keep your purchase receipt. 

Warranty procedure:

If your machine develops a sudden issue, please contact Dyson support, as they have the expertise to accurately diagnose and resolve problems. While we assure the authenticity of the product, we are not equipped to diagnose technical issues with your machine. Please send all your videos and concerns to the Dyson team directly along with the serial number on your machine. You can reach them at:

If Dyson determines that your machine is defective due to faulty materials or workmanship, please share the full details with us at betterbridgetechnology@gmail.com. We will assist in coordinating with our authorized Dyson partners to facilitate the repair process. You may be required to ship your machine to the service partner for diagnostic evaluation; any shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Our role is limited to coordination and facilitation of the repair only.

Here's what isn't covered in warranty:

* Normal wear and tear, including parts that might wear out over time (e.g. fuse, belt, brush bar, batteries, filters etc.).
* Accidental damage
* Damage as a result of use not in accordance with the rating plate.
* Damage caused by not carrying out the recommended appliance maintenance.
* Removal of blockages. If your machine becomes blocked, please refer to the Dyson Operating Manual for details of how to unblock it.
* Damage from external sources such as transit, weather, electrical outages or power surges.
* Failures caused by circumstances outside of Dyson’s control.
* Negligent use, misuse, neglect or careless operation of the machine;
* Use of the machine which is not in accordance with the Dyson Operating Manual;
* Use of a Dyson machine for anything other than normal domestic household purposes in the country in which it was purchased.
* Use of parts not assembled or installed in accordance with the instructions of Dyson.
* Use of parts and accessories which are not Dyson Genuine Components.
* Faulty assembly or installation (except where carried out by Dyson).
* Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than Dyson or its authorized agents. 

If you suspect that the machine you purchased is damaged upon arrival (for example machine not charging, turning on or broken by courier), you need to inform within 24 hours of delivery for us to inspect.
